Sometimes there is this one thing you really want but you know better than anyone else you can’t have it and that is the worst moment of your life. You can’t change anything regardless of how hard you try to do so but giving it all up is crashing down your dreams and reasons to live.

It’s that empty moment when everything is torn apart and you are nothing but a shell enduring these days and nights waiting, hoping, wishing for a miracle.

A mircale that changes your destiny, something that could change the world for you. Flip if upside down and for once let you have what you always wanted.

You daydream it, lose your reality. Walking further and further away from that shell. Your soul lost in that gray space, it’s empty and quite yet chaotic and pressuring.

Slowly you get addicted to this room. You lie to yourself to fall even deeper. You believe it’s what you were born to do. Sit in a room, emotionless, often crying over this emptiness with thick walls surrounding you.

The walls get thicker and thicker. They press all that weight on you, slowly consuming the memories that kept you up.

Now all of those happy moments are sad. Sweet dreams turn into nightmares hunting you in your small space.

Your space is invaded by those walls. You can’t see them but they press your chest down crashing it into your heart.

You breath but it’s heavy.

Finally, you sit there thinking about the end. This is the only option you see. End it because you can’t endure it anymore.

But in that very moment, remind yourself that, 15 minutes later most of this feeling is gone. Go play a game, cry to yourself or do something to distract yourself.

Keep these in your head,

“You are not alone”

“You can do this”

“Little things matter”

Because the best gift to your sadness is your happiness.

Remember all those walls are transparent with flowers behind them, all you have to do is turn on the lights.
